To help you decide on the right caravan, we have developed our own method of evaluating the standard of each class of Caravan Holiday Home based on the newness of each caravan, standard of interior furnishing and layout, comfort and exterior condition. The higher the number of stars the better the holiday accommodation.
The pictures show a typical holiday home in some classes. You will appreciate however that not all caravans in the same class will look exactly the same as the manufacturer's exterior design, internal layout and colour schemes will vary.
This year we have the 2008 model Platinum 6 Berths. With all mod cons including double glazing, most with central heating, LCD TV and DVD player, they are a real home from home!

All Caravans are well equipped with TV, fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
All caravans have duvets and pillows.
Classes Bronze 6 and Silver 6 have 2 double duvets and 2 single duvets.
Classes Bronze 8 and Silver 8 have 3 double duvets and 2 single duvets.
All Caravans have linen provided.
Towels are not provided in any of the Caravans.
Please note: We do not have any Non Smoking caravans, although our guests are asked to refrain from smoking inside the caravans, as a curtesy to other holiday makers. |

Dogs: At £20.00 per week. £3.00 nightly Dogs are permitted provided they are kept on a lead at all times and sleep on a blanket or basket supplied by you. Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse and must not be left in the caravan unattended. Maximum number per caravan is two. Please note we only allow pets in Bronze caravans.
COT AND MATTRESS: HIGH CHAIR: PUSHCHAIR: BEDGUARD, DVD: £10.00 per item per week.
EARLY ARRIVALS: Because of cleaning and checking requirements the usual time for arrivals is 3.00pm. However we can arrange a limited number of caravans to be made available earlier:
Arrival time: 12.00pm - 1.00pm - Extra charge £12
1.00pm - 2.00pm - Extra charge £10
2.00pm - 3.00pm - Extra charge £7
Please enter arrival time on the booking form and enclose payment, or avise when booking by telephone.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS: Will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of payment.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: £10.00 per person per week, (payable with deposit). The hirer has a legal obligation to pay the balance of rent. To assist in relieving the expenses that can arise when late cancellations are necessary due to causes referred to below, we advise you to take out Cancellations Insurance. The scheme covers repayment of the balance if the hirer or a member of the party is unable to occupy the holiday home/pitch. We will refund the balance and no further money need be paid whether the holiday home/pitch is re-let or not. The scheme covers cancellation due to serious illness, accident or death of any member of the party listed on the booking form. The scheme does NOT cover illness, accident or death of any person not a member of the listed party, illness or accident insufficiently serious to prevent the person from taking the holiday, alteration of the holiday dates, posting away or abroad or maternity. Under this scheme, cancellation will be accepted up to 48 hours before the date of commencement of your booking. If less than 48 hours notice is given (either by telephone, fax or letter), the scheme will only apply if we are able to re-let the holiday home/pitch when full refund will be made subject only to an administration charge. Cancellation must be in writing, and sent by recorded delivery,
DEPOSIT: £65.00 per week or the full payment if booking is made within 28 days of your holiday start date. This is payable by cheque, credit card, switch, solo,cash or postal order.
