Optional Extras

DOGS: At £25.00 per week or £4.00 per night.
Dogs are permitted provided they are kept on a lead at all times and sleep on a blanket or basket supplied by you.
Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse and must not be left in the caravan unattended. Maximum number per caravan is two.
Sorry no pets in classes E, Z, V, D, and C.

COT AND MATTRESS; HIGH CHAIR; BEDGUARD, DVD: £10.00 per item per week.

EARLY ARRIVALS: Because of cleaning and checking requirements, the usual time for arrivals is 3.00pm. However we can arrange a limited number of caravans to be made available earlier:
Arrival time: From 12.00 noon Extra charge £12

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:  Linen is £10.00 per bed set, £5 if  pre booked 1 week before your arrival per bed.
 NB: Your holiday includes parking for one car.
Additional cars are charged at £3 daily.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: £10.00 per person per week, (payable with deposit). The hirer has a legal obligation to pay the balance of rent. To assist in relieving the expenses that can arise when late cancellations are necessary due to causes referred to below, we advise you take out Cancellation Insurance. The scheme covers the repayment of the balance if the hirer or a member of the party is unable to occupy the holiday home/pitch. We will refund the balance and no further money need be paid whether the holiday home/pitch is re-let or not. The scheme covers cancellation due to serious illness, accident or death of any member of the party listed on the booking form. The scheme does NOT cover the illness, accident or death of any person not a member of the listed party, illness or accident insufficiently serious to prevent the person from taking the holiday, alteration of the holiday dates, posting away or abroad or maternity. Under this scheme, cancellation will be accepted up to 48 hours before the date of commencement of your booking. If less than 48 hours notice is given (either by telephone, fax or letter), the scheme will only apply if we are able to re-let the holiday home/pitch when full refund will be made subject only to an administration charge. Cancellation must be in writing, and sent by recorded delivery.

DEPOSIT: £65.00 per week or the full payment if booking is made within 28 days of your holiday start date. This is payable by cheque, credit card, switch, solo, cash or postal order.

PLEASE NOTE – DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE.

Payment by Credit Card will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge.
We require a credit or debit card number when checking in, to be held as security against loss of keys or damage to caravan.
Charge for change of bed if wetting.
