Howelston guest are invited to use the facilities at Sunnyvale with heated indoor swimming pool, the Club; which includes nightly entertainment, the arcade and shop.

All prices quoted are in £ sterling and include VAT at 17.5%

CANCELLATIONS: It is recommended that holiday insurance is taken out, however, should you be forced to cancel your holiday through no fault of your own, your deposit will be refunded in full if claimed up to 6 weeks before your date. After this date your deposit will be forfeit except in special circumstances, documentary evidence may be required.

GENERAL NOTES: When making a booking please complete the booking form provided and ensure that all extras e.g. Pets, microwaves etc are notified in advance.

£30 Key Deposit (Static Units only)

Upon booking into Howelston Park, you will be asked to pay a deposit against the return of your holiday home in a clean and complete condition. When vacating your unit we will happily refund this money, providing there has been no damage or loss of equipment etc, and that no undue cleaning is necessary after your departure. In some circumstances we may be able to offer a no smoking or no pets unit (please request in advance). Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil your request, we are unable to guarentee that one will always be available.

PETS All pets have to be entered on your booking form when making your original reservation. Failure to do so could jeopardise your booking. Pets must be kept on a lead within the park and must be taken for regular exercise outside the park boundaries. Pets must not be allowed on beds or upholstery and must never be left unattended in units. A surcharge of £10.00 per week is chargeable per pet. Pet rules and regulations must be adhered to or owners will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
