It offers Hard Standing Pitches for touring vans, motor homes and awnings with electric Hook-ups for all types of pitches. The sanitary block offers toilets, free showers, baby’s changing room, dish washing room, ladies’ vanity facilities, shaver points, hair dryers, and ironing facilities. Second sanitary block located 100 yards away alongside Entertainment Complex offering free showers, toilets and laundrette. Most of the roads within the enclosure are tarmacked. Well equipped play area with bark safety base located 40 yards from entrance to touring park.

BOOKING TERMS: A non-refundable deposit of £65 per week is required or full payment if the booking is made within 28 days of your holiday start date. The deposit must be received by the Park within 5 days of the original booking date or the booking may be cancelled. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Please note that credit cards are subject to a 2.5% surcharge. We require either a debit/credit card number or £50 cash when checking in, to be held as security against damage to the pitch area. If you pay your deposit by debit/credit card, we will hold this number as security.
CANCELLATION: The deposit is non-refundable. A booking forms a contract between you (the person making the booking) and the Park. We agree to hold the touring pitch for the agreed days for the number of people in your group, and you (the person making the booking) agree to pay for the touring pitch as requested. We would therefore, recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance in case of cancellation. We can arrange cover for you, (see Optional Extras) or you can arrange cover yourself. Full details of our Cancellation Charges will be provided on request.
This attractive six acre holiday park abounds with established trees and flowering shrubs and islocated just off the A477 at the village of Broadmoor. Saundersfoot and flowering shrubs and is located just off the A477 at the village of Broadmoor. Saundersfoot is just 2 miles away (5 minutes by car); Tenby is 4 1 / 2 miles away (9 minutes by car).
Sanitary Block with toilets,free showers, washing machine and dryer Hard standing pitch for all touring units The Rendezvous with Family bar, Over 18’s Snug Bar, Games room with video machines and pool table and over 18’s Snoooker room. The Rendezous is open every Friday and Saturday evening and for longer periods during school holidays and Bank holidays. In addition you can use the ‘Stars’ clubhouse at Sunnyvale (1 1 / 2 miles away) which offers free live entertainment every evening for adults and children and heated indoor swimming pool (open March 9th – November 2nd 2007 inclusive)
