Our Atlas Debonair holiday home in detail

The Atlas Debonair shows how traditional features can blend beautifully with modern design. Warm, muted colours and carefully chosen fabrics create a relaxing country‑home feel throughout the living and kitchen/dining area, while fixtures and fittings deliver modern comfort and convenience.

In the lounge, freestanding 2‑ and 3‑seater settees with homely fabrics and contrasting stag and bolster cushions provide plenty of comfortable seating. A log‑burner‑style electric fire set within a traditional mantelpiece gives the room a real focal point and adds to the cosy, country atmosphere.

The farmhouse‑style dining table and matching chairs continue the theme, creating a welcoming space for family meals and relaxed evenings. The fully fitted farmhouse‑style kitchen benefits from an integrated oven and 5‑ring gas hob, electric cooker hood and integrated fridge/freezer. A mix of standard and glass‑fronted units adds extra character and a touch of elegance.

The main bedroom continues the traditional styling, with beautiful built‑in furniture and a kingsize bed. Light floods in through the large three‑quarter‑height window, making the room feel bright and airy. An ensuite with wash basin and WC completes the space.

The second bedroom offers two single beds and a built‑in wardrobe with over‑bed storage, ideal for family or guests. The main shower room includes a large shower cubicle, stylish countertop wash basin with storage cabinet below, WC and an external extractor fan. The ensuite to the main bedroom provides a further wash basin with mirror above and WC.

Trefalun Holiday Park is a quiet, family‑run park set in peaceful countryside just outside Saundersfoot and Tenby. It suits couples and families who want a relaxed base, friendly staff and well‑kept surroundings rather than a noisy, high‑pressure resort.


About the local area

From Trefalun you’re only a short drive from Tenby and Saundersfoot, with their beaches, harbours, cafés and coastal walks. Wider Pembrokeshire offers beautiful coastline, castles, attractions and easy days out, so there’s always somewhere new to explore.


Costs & clarity

When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 2nd January to 1st March. That gives you an extended season to enjoy your holiday home, apart from the winter closed weeks.

What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are free on every purchase. From the 2027 season, normal annual site fees apply. We’ll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.

Is insurance included?
Yes, your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.

Are there age limits on caravans?
Brand new caravans like this Atlas Debonair have no age limit on the park. Pre‑owned models follow our park age and condition policy, which we’re happy to explain in plain English when you visit.

Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement -ask us for details if you’re interested.
