Free 2026 site fees on every holiday home!
Buy your holiday home in 2026 and we’ll cover your site fees for the rest of this season, include your insurance to 31st October 2026, and give you a welcome pack worth up to £3,000.
Why buy your holiday home with us
Free 2026 site fees and insurance mean your first season’s pitch costs and cover are included, so you can focus on enjoying your new holiday home from day one.
Understand the costs
We have something to suit every taste and budget, from first holiday homes to luxury lodges. Deposits start from £3,000 to secure your perfect pitch and holiday home, and we’ll always set out site fees and any other costs clearly from the very start.
Choosing a holiday home
Whether you’re after an entry‑level model, a pre‑loved caravan from £17,995, or a top‑of‑the‑range lodge, we’ll help you find the right fit. If we don’t have exactly what you want in stock, we can usually source a holiday home that matches your wish list.
Arrange a visit
Before you decide, we’ll invite you to the park so you can get a feel for the atmosphere, walk the grounds and choose a pitch that feels right for you and your family.
Personal service
You’ll have one dedicated member of our sales team from start to finish, with a direct number for any questions. They’ll guide you through the figures, visits and virtual tours, and use their experience to help you buy the right holiday home at a price you’re comfortable with.
What your free 2026 site fees cover
When we say “free 2026 site fees”, we mean we’ll cover the pitch fees you’d normally pay to keep your holiday home on the park for the rest of the 2026 season. Site fees are the annual charge for renting your pitch and helping to look after the park grounds and shared facilities.
At our parks, site fees go towards things like park maintenance and landscaping, refuse collection, on‑park security and lighting, and keeping shared spaces, roads and play areas in good condition. By including your 2026 site fees, we’re taking care of those running costs for your first season, so you can focus on enjoying your new holiday home.
Your offer also includes your holiday home insurance for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026, giving you cover for major risks like fire, flood, theft and accidental damage, in line with typical static caravan policies. After that date, you’ll arrange and pay for your own insurance each year with a provider of your choice.
We’ll always explain what happens with site fees after 2026, what’s included and what isn’t, and make sure you have everything in writing before you decide to buy, following NCC best‑practice guidance on clear pricing and charges.
