The new-look Willerby Sierra brings this popular model right up to date with current interior design thinking. Bold green cabinet doors and gold handles give the kitchen and storage areas a distinctive, modern look, softened by splashes of contemporary pink in the fabric prints and accessories.

In the lounge, the layout has been designed to feel more social, making the living area equally good for entertaining guests or snuggling up in front of the TV. The open-plan design keeps everything feeling spacious and connected, while the feature fireplace creates a cosy focal point on cooler days.

The kitchen area is planned with everyday practicality in mind, centred around an integrated microwave and efficient storage, so you have what you need close to hand without cluttering the space.

Costs & clarity

When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 2nd January to 1st March. That gives you an extended season to enjoy your holiday home, apart from the winter closed weeks.

What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are free on every purchase. From the 2027 season, normal annual site fees apply. We’ll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.

Is insurance included?
Yes – your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.

Are there age limits on caravans?
Brand new caravans like this Willerby Sierra have no age limit on the park. Pre‑owned models follow our park age and condition policy, which we’re happy to explain in plain English when you visit.

Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement — ask us for details if you’re interested.
