Our Swift Margaux holiday home in detail

This Swift Margaux comes with an impressive specification, including 7ft ceilings, a freestanding suite, integrated microwave and dishwasher, and a stylish wrap-around grey kitchen. It is a Swift special based on the Bordeaux, built with special edition features to offer high quality and strong value for money.

The living area has been designed with style and comfort in mind and is a real haven. There is a freestanding two-piece suite with co‑ordinating scatter cushions, plus a coffee table with cube stools that store underneath for convenience. In the dining area you’ll find a freestanding dining table and chairs, ideal for entertaining family and friends.

The U‑shaped kitchen offers plenty of worktop space and soft-close doors on the modern units. You’ll have everything you need appliance‑wise, with a glass‑fronted oven, grill, 4‑burner gas hob and overhead cooker hood, along with a double‑door integrated fridge/freezer and integrated microwave oven. The integrated dishwasher makes longer stays and family visits even easier.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with lift‑up storage, while the twin room offers comfortable single beds. Luxury Duvalay mattresses are supplied on all beds to help ensure a good night’s sleep.

Moving on to the bathrooms, you’ll find a large shower cubicle with sliding glass door in the main shower room, plus a white sink and toilet. There is also an ensuite WC off the master bedroom, adding a little extra privacy and convenience.

Costs & clarity

When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 2nd January to 1st March. That gives you an extended season to enjoy your holiday home, apart from the winter closed weeks.

What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are free on every purchase. From the 2027 season, normal annual site fees apply. We’ll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.

Is insurance included?
Yes, your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.

Are there age limits on caravans?
Brand new caravans like this Swift Margaux have no age limit on the park. Pre‑owned models follow our park age and condition policy, which we’re happy to explain in plain English when you visit.

Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement -ask us for details if you’re interested.
