Our Swift Ardennes holiday home in detail

The Ardennes holiday home is designed for family life, with a spacious, welcoming atmosphere, easy-to-clean furnishings and plenty of storage. It offers excellent value as a bright, hardwearing holiday base.

In the lounge, a full-height window gives expansive views and fills the area with natural light, making it the perfect spot to relax on the L-shaped sofa and enjoy sunny afternoons. Luxury lounge carpet with underlay and lined curtains help create a cosy feel.

The Ardennes kitchen is built around practical family use, with intelligent storage solutions and quality appliances. You’ll find a Thetford ‘Cocina’ glass-fronted oven and grill with four-burner gas hob, a large black glass splashback, white externally vented extractor fan, integrated microwave and integrated fridge/freezer. Contemporary worktops complement the freestanding dining table and chairs, creating a coordinated open-plan space.

The high standards continue into the bedrooms. All fixed beds have deep, supportive Duvalay mattresses with Crib 5 rated fabric, designed for a comfortable night’s sleep before the next day’s adventures. The main bedroom includes a fabric headboard, white feature wall, bedside shelves, overbed storage and a vanity area with mirror and socket. Twin bedrooms also benefit from USB sockets and TV points.

Across the Ardennes range there is a family bathroom with shower cubicle, WC, sink and extractor fan. In this model you also have an ensuite off the main bedroom, giving you a little extra privacy and convenience.

Thermal performance and construction

The Ardennes has superb thermal performance, helping to keep everyone warm in the colder months. There is insulation in the floor, roof and exterior walls, lagged underfloor pipes, uPVC windows and low-energy LED lighting throughout.

It is also designed for long-lasting good looks, with stylish woodgrain textured ‘Sandy Beige’ aluminium cladding and LED exterior lighting. Construction features include bonded sandwich exterior walls for greater strength, a coated steel pantile roof, distinctive pre-coated ‘folded’ steel bargeboards to the front aspect, PVC gutters and downpipes, and a fusion galvanised chassis with a finish warrantied for ten years.

Costs & clarity

When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 2nd January to 1st March. That gives you an extended season to enjoy your holiday home, apart from the winter closed weeks.

What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are free on every purchase. From the 2027 season onwards, normal annual site fees apply. We'll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.

Is insurance included?
Yes – your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.

Are there age limits on caravans?
Brand new caravans like this Swift Ardennes have no age limit on the park. Pre-owned models follow our park age and condition policy, which we're happy to explain in plain English when you visit.

Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement — ask us for details if you're interested.
