Our BK Bluebird Seville holiday home in detail:

Comfortable, practical and complete with double glazing, central heating and decking, the BK Seville is a great holiday home on the new development section of the park.

The lounge has two comfortable fabric sofas which have a side table in the corner between the two. They are both nicely placed for watching TV on the black and glass stand which sits on the opposite side, with a feature electric fireplace to the side.

That low separation where the fire is, provides a nice breakfast-bar style sideboard which can be used for extra worktop space if required. The rest of the kitchen is modern, with the dark wood-effect worktops contrasted by the cream units, giving an overall stylish appearance. The gas cooker and hob, is accompanied by an overhead extractor while on the opposite side of the kitchen there is an integrated fridge-freezer with a free-standing microwave on top.

Ideally placed between the lounge and kitchen is the dining area which is great for entertaining guests or sitting down together for a meal. There are four wooden chairs with fabric cushioned seats, and a table which matches the worktops completing an overall high quality finish.

The two bedrooms are made up of one double room and one twin. The extra bedroom is great for a larger family or those wanting to holiday with friends. All rooms have a wardrobe or cupboards for storage.

In the family shower rooms there is a large shower cubicle, with WC and wash basin.

Costs & clarity

When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 2nd January to 1st March. That gives you an extended season to enjoy your holiday home, apart from the winter closed weeks.

What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are included on every purchase. From the 2027 season onwards, normal annual site fees apply. We’ll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.

Is insurance included?
Yes: your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.

Are there age limits on caravans?
Pre-owned holiday homes follow our park age and condition policy, which we’re happy to explain in plain English when you visit.

Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement, so please ask us for details if you’re interested.
