Our Carnaby Finesse holiday home in detail
The popular Carnaby Finesse is modern and rather trendy, with Driftwood furniture and contrasting Hacienda White drawer fronts. Upholstery in soft Pamplona fabric helps create a relaxing mood, so you can really enjoy the comfort and style of this model.
As you enter the holiday home, the well‑appointed kitchen faces you, with the dining area and lounge to your left. The kitchen includes a cooker with four‑burner hob and stainless steel overhead extractor, fridge/freezer and microwave, plus an excellent number of floor and wall cupboards, some with top‑hung doors and opaque glazing. The dining area features a free‑standing table and four chairs, ideal for family meals or entertaining friends.
The lounge includes L‑shaped seating running along the back wall and along the divider with the kitchen. A pull‑out sofa bed forms part of the seating, increasing the sleeping capacity to six. The end wall has been extended slightly to form a bay, with a window and radiator, while on the front wall opposite the seating you’ll find the focal point of the lounge – an electric fire mounted in a very attractive Driftwood surround.
In the main bedroom, a fabulous oversized window floods the room with natural light. On either side of the double bed, tall units incorporate bedside cabinets, glass shelves and individually switched reading lights, joined by a single top spanning the full width. In the corner is a double wardrobe, next to the en‑suite toilet, which has a wall cupboard and mirror above the low‑level WC and a small pedestal ceramic washbasin in the corner.
The spacious second bedroom has twin divans separated by a small bedside cabinet, making it ideal for children or guests. In the main bathroom there is a lovely shower with thermostatic control, a D‑shaped ceramic washbasin on an open vanity unit, panelled wall with open shelf and mirrored vanity cupboard, chrome ladder towel radiator beneath the window, and a low‑level toilet with storage unit above.

Howelston Holiday Park sits in the Pembrokeshire village of Little Haven and overlooks the stunning sweep of St Brides Bay. It’s a peaceful owners’ park in a truly special coastal setting, with well‑kept grounds and incredible sea views that make every visit feel like a proper escape.
About the local area
Little Haven is a charming former fishing village with a selection of pubs, cafés and places to eat, all wrapped around a picturesque cove. From Howelston you can join the Pembrokeshire Coast Path right on your doorstep, and you’re within easy reach of Broad Haven, St Davids, Haverfordwest and the wider St Brides Bay coastline for beaches, walks, wildlife and days out.

When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 1st November to 1st March.
What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are free on every purchase. From the 2027 season, normal annual site fees apply. We’ll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.
Is insurance included?
Yes, your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.
Are there age limits on caravans?
Brand new caravans have no age limit on the park. Pre‑owned models follow our park age and condition policy, which we’re happy to explain in plain English when you visit.
Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement -ask us for details if you’re interested.
