The Sunseeker Sensation is a twin‑unit luxury lodge designed to deliver a genuinely premium living experience. Its truly panoramic front, complete with French doors, brings the outside in and fills the living space with natural light.

The open‑plan living area is furnished to a high standard with real oak furniture, a cosy flame‑effect feature fire and a sumptuous lounge suite with pull‑out bed. Despite its generous size, the styling and soft furnishings create a warm, inviting feel that’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The kitchen and dining area offer substantial space as you enter the lodge. A central island unit provides extra worktop and storage, while the breakfast bar helps keep a good social flow between kitchen, dining and lounge. Stone‑effect countertops, ample cupboards and a full complement of integrated appliances – high‑level oven and microwave, five‑burner gas hob with extractor, integrated fridge/freezer and provision for washing machine and dishwasher – make longer stays feel effortless.

The lodge includes a family‑sized bathroom with both bath and shower, ideal for unwinding after a day out, plus an additional shower room off the master bedroom. Warm, luxurious curtains are chosen to coordinate with the kitchen styling, tying the whole space together.

Costs & clarity

When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 2nd January to 1st March. That gives you an extended season to enjoy your holiday home, apart from the winter closed weeks.

What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are free on every purchase. From the 2027 season, normal annual site fees apply. We’ll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.

Is insurance included?
Yes, your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.

Are there age limits on lodges and caravans?
This Sunseeker Sensation lodge is built to residential standard and has no age limit on the park while kept in good condition. Other units follow our park age and condition policy, which we’re happy to explain in plain English when you visit.

Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement -ask us for details if you’re interested.
