Our Swift Ardennes holiday home in detail

The Ardennes holiday home is designed for family life, with a spacious, welcoming atmosphere and easy‑to‑clean furnishings. The open‑plan living area feels bright thanks to full‑height windows that bring in plenty of natural light, making the L‑shaped sofa a great place to relax on sunny afternoons.

The kitchen is built around practical family use, with intelligent storage solutions and quality appliances. You’ll find a Thetford Cocina glass‑fronted oven and grill with four‑burner gas hob, hood and extractor, integrated microwave and full‑height fridge/freezer. Contemporary worktops in either the White Mountain Larch or Nebraska Oak finish complement the freestanding dining table and chairs, keeping the space coordinated and open.

Bedrooms continue the high standard, with deep Aurora Duvalay mattresses on all beds for a comfortable night’s sleep. The main bedroom has a fabric headboard, white wood feature wall, bedside shelving, over‑bed storage and a vanity area with mirror and socket. Twin bedrooms benefit from additional USB sockets and TV points, making them ideal for family or guests.

Across the Ardennes range there is a family bathroom with shower cubicle and thermostatic shower, WC, sink, LED vanity spotlights, towel radiator and extractor fan, helping to keep things warm and fresh.

About the park

Myrtle Holiday Park is a tranquil six‑acre park in the village of Broadmoor, surrounded by established trees and flowering shrubs. It’s perfectly placed for exploring Pembrokeshire, with Saundersfoot just 2 miles away and Tenby only 4 miles away.

From Myrtle you can head out in any direction to enjoy unspoilt woodland walks, medieval castles, pristine beaches and days out at nearby attractions such as Folly Farm. On park, you can relax in the Stars Club with family bar, over‑18s snooker room and play area, with live entertainment on selected weekends and extra opening during school and bank holidays. Guests at Myrtle can also use the Stars Clubhouse and heated indoor pool at Sunnyvale, which offers free evening entertainment for adults and children between February and November.

Costs & clarity

When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 2nd January to 1st March. That gives you an extended season to enjoy your holiday home, apart from the winter closed weeks.

What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are free on every purchase. From the 2027 season, normal annual site fees apply. We’ll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.

Is insurance included?
Yes, your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.

Are there age limits on caravans?
Brand new caravans like this Swift Ardennes have no age limit on the park. Pre‑owned models follow our park age and condition policy, which we’re happy to explain in plain English when you visit.

Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement -ask us for details if you’re interested.
