Well‑appointed and stylish, the Swift Bordeaux presents contemporary, practical accommodation with a homely feel. The ‘Maldives’ soft furnishings scheme creates an elegant look that works beautifully with the warm Nebraska Oak woodgrain and soft gold accents.
The bright, airy living area provides a cosy yet spacious retreat, with a freestanding two‑piece suite including fold‑out occasional bed and scatter cushions. A framed fireplace with Bach electric fire forms the focal point, while the sleek coffee table with two upholstered stools underneath adds handy extra seating. A TV point with Co‑Ax and 240V socket, large mirror and framed wall art complete the space.
The open‑plan layout flows through to the well‑equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find streamlined soft‑close units in Riverstone with light grey upper doors, Levanto/Marble‑effect worktops with upstands and a white tile‑effect splashback. Appliances include a Thetford Cocina glass‑fronted oven and grill with four‑burner gas hob, discreet externally vented extractor fan, integrated microwave and A‑rated double‑door fridge/freezer. Meals can be enjoyed around the dining suite with four Rochelle chairs and a stylish wood‑effect table.
The Bordeaux offers plenty of space for everyone to recharge. The generous main bedroom features a king‑size bed with lift‑up storage, padded headboard, bedside cabinets, overbed storage and a vanity area with mirror and socket. All beds are fitted with deeper Aurora Duvalay mattresses with Crib 5 rated fabric for added comfort.

Costs & clarity
When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 2nd January to 1st March. That gives you an extended season to enjoy your holiday home, apart from the winter closed weeks.
What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are free on every purchase. From the 2027 season, normal annual site fees apply. We’ll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.
Is insurance included?
Yes – your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.
Are there age limits on caravans?
Brand new caravans like this Swift Bordeaux have no age limit on the park. Pre‑owned models follow our park age and condition policy, which we’re happy to explain in plain English when you visit.
Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement -ask us for details if you’re interested.
