The Swift Burgundy is a gorgeous, great‑value holiday home that fuses practicality with timeless design – it’s easy to see why it’s one of Swift’s most popular models. Step into the airy interior and you’re greeted by the fresh ‘Botanical’ soft furnishings scheme, using accents of nature to bring the outside in, while a sleek feature fireplace with Optiflame stove‑style electric fire lifts the overall finish.

The well‑considered lounge is filled with natural light via a full‑length window, and the fixed L‑shape sofa with fold‑out bed is tailored to your relaxation, with a coffee table and framed wall art completing the cosy, modern look. The rural‑inspired kitchen presents Shaker‑style doors in Matt Mussel with laminate worktops and matching upstands in a dark Fleetwood finish, coordinating seamlessly with the dining area’s freestanding table, fixed seating and stools.

High‑quality appliances include a Thetford Cocina glass‑fronted oven and grill, four‑burner gas hob and hood, integrated microwave and integrated double‑door fridge/freezer, making holiday cooking straightforward. The family shower room features a shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, WC, sink, LED vanity spotlights and extractor fan, and there is an extra WC and sink off the main bedroom for added convenience.

All fixed beds boast deep Aurora Duvalay mattresses with Crib 5 rated fabric for a restful night’s sleep. Bedside shelf units and over‑bed storage feature in every bedroom. In one twin room, an innovative gazunda bed allows one bed to store under the other when not required, creating extra floor space, while the main bedroom also benefits from a vanity area with mirror and socket. Outside, the full brand new decking gives you extra space to sit out, dine al fresco or simply enjoy the surroundings.


Thermal performance and construction

The Burgundy is designed for comfort across the season. A gas water heater, uPVC windows, lagged underfloor pipes and thorough floor, roof and wall insulation all contribute to strong thermal performance. Luxury carpet with underlay in the lounge and bedrooms, plus laminate‑effect vinyl in the kitchen, dining area and bathroom(s), keep things practical and cosy, while the fusion galvanised chassis and coated steel pantile roof help the exterior stay looking good for years to come.

Ants Hill Holiday Park is a friendly family park set in the stunning countryside of South West Wales, with peaceful rural views and a gorgeous outdoor swimming pool where you can relax and while away the sunshine. Our newly renovated Stars Clubhouse offers bingo, karaoke and entertainment for everyone to enjoy.


About the local area

Ants Hill is within walking distance of the historic township of Laugharne, famous for Laugharne Castle and its links to Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, as well as events like the Laugharne Festival, Carnival Week and the Regatta. You’re also just a short drive from the scenic coastline and award‑winning beaches at Pendine Sands, where you can enjoy everything from land yachting and kite sports to horse‑riding, coastal walks, fishing and more.


Costs & clarity

When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 2nd January to 1st March. That gives you an extended season to enjoy your holiday home, apart from the winter closed weeks.

What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are free on every purchase. From the 2027 season, normal annual site fees apply. We’ll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.

Is insurance included?
Yes, your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.

Are there age limits on caravans?
Brand new caravans like this Swift Burgundy have no age limit on the park. Pre‑owned models follow our park age and condition policy, which we’re happy to explain in plain English when you visit.

Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement -ask us for details if you’re interested.
