Our Swift Toronto lodge in detail

The residential‑specification Swift Toronto Lodge is all about luxurious family living. This twin‑unit lodge combines a fresh contemporary interior with premium touches such as luxury carpet with underlay, LED lighting throughout and the plush Zodiac soft furnishings scheme.

The airy lounge is filled with natural light from the front ‘Aspect’ French doors and a large front feature window. Freestanding two‑ and three‑seater sofas plus a separate chair provide generous seating, while the entertainment unit combines a 2kW Optiflame feature fire, branded 40" TV, LED‑backlit shelving and dedicated space for media equipment to create a true home‑from‑home feel. A ‘Helsinki’ wooden dining table with large wrap‑around corner seating and extra chairs means the whole family can sit together for meals.

The state‑of‑the‑art U‑shaped kitchen maximises space and storage. Shaker‑style doors, 40mm worktops and a breakfast bar with stools are complemented by a full suite of appliances: glass‑fronted oven and grill, five‑burner gas hob with central wok burner, curved glass extractor fan, integrated microwave, A‑rated double‑door fridge/freezer, integrated 12‑place dishwasher, 1½ bowl granite‑effect sink with black tap and a wine cooler. A roof VELUX above the units adds extra light, and pop‑up sockets keep the worktop tidy.

A particularly useful feature is the large walk‑in cupboard, which houses the boiler and freestanding washer/dryer, plus coat hooks, shoe shelving and extra storage – perfect for keeping the lodge neat and organised.

The sumptuous main bedroom includes a king‑size bed with lift‑up storage, feature panel and overhead lockers, plus a Duvalay Alba‑Ortho orthopaedic mattress for enhanced back support. You also have a separate dressing room with wardrobe, drawers and dressing table, giving a boutique‑hotel feel. The twin bedroom provides 3ft‑wide beds with Duvalay mattresses, generous storage and a vanity area. TV sockets and coax points are fitted to all bedrooms.

The main bathroom and ensuite both feature stone‑effect vinyl flooring, metallic splashbacks, LED‑illuminated vanity mirrors with infrared sensor and demisting pad, dual‑flush WCs with soft‑close seats, chrome towel radiators and extractor fans. The main bathroom has a shower cubicle and roof VELUX, while the ensuite includes a bath, making it ideal for longer stays and relaxing soaks.


Thermal performance and construction

Toronto is engineered for excellent thermal performance and sound insulation. It’s fitted with Thermaglas uPVC double‑glazed windows and doors, a 100mm composite SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) floor, 200mm roof insulation, 95mm wall insulation and lagged underfloor pipes. Heating and hot water are provided by a 30kW gas combi‑boiler with wireless programmable thermostat and radiator thermostats, helping you stay cosy whatever the weather.

Externally, the lodge is built on a strong I‑beam twin‑axle chassis with galvanised finish warrantied for ten years. CanExel high‑density composite cladding in Timberwolf and Mist Grey with anthracite glazing gives a modern, high‑end appearance, complemented by exterior downlights under the front eaves. The large wrap‑around composite decking (included with this lodge) extends your living space outdoors and makes the most of the views.

Trefalun Holiday Park is a quiet, family‑run park set in peaceful countryside just outside Saundersfoot and Tenby. It suits couples and families who want a relaxed base, friendly staff and well‑kept surroundings rather than a noisy, high‑pressure resort.


About the local area

From Trefalun you’re only a short drive from Tenby and Saundersfoot, with their beaches, harbours, cafés and coastal walks. Wider Pembrokeshire offers beautiful coastline, castles, attractions and easy days out, so there’s always somewhere new to explore.


Costs & clarity

When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 2nd January to 1st March. That gives you an extended season to enjoy your holiday home, apart from the winter closed weeks.

What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are free on every purchase. From the 2027 season, normal annual site fees apply. We’ll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.

Is insurance included?
Yes, your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.

Are there age limits on lodges and caravans?
This Swift Toronto lodge is built to residential standard and has no age limit on the park while kept in good condition. Other units follow our park age and condition policy, which we’re happy to explain in plain English when you visit.

Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement -ask us for details if you’re interested.
