With a new colour palette, the fresh and fun Willerby Linwood offers everything a growing family needs from their holiday home. Families of all sizes will feel right at home with its spacious layout, stylish front aspect and abundant storage space.​

Exterior
The Linwood range is just as beautiful on the outside as it is on the inside, with aluminium cladding and energy‑efficient white PVCu double‑glazed windows and door helping it look and feel like a premium choice.​

Lounge
The centre point of any home, the Linwood lounge has been designed with family in mind. Built with modern fixtures and ample floor space, this is relaxation personified, with L‑shaped wraparound seating including a fold‑out sofa bed and scatter cushions, an electric fire, and TV unit with TV point and mirror.​

Kitchen/dining
The heart of any holiday home, the Linwood’s kitchen is packed with modern conveniences, including an integrated microwave, integrated 70/30 fridge‑freezer, slimline dishwasher and gas oven/grill with hob, glass splashback and extractor fan, plus a gas‑powered water heater. A freestanding dining table with fixed dinette seating and a dining bench with integrated storage makes family mealtimes easy.​

Bathrooms
The Linwood bathroom is designed with all the amenities you need away from home, including a dual flush WC, shower enclosure with thermostatically controlled shower and a wash basin, giving a practical and comfortable space to freshen up.​

Ants Hill is within walking distance of the historic township of Laugharne, famous for Laugharne Castle and its links to Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, as well as events like the Laugharne Festival, Carnival Week and the Regatta. Costs & clarity

When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 2nd January to 1st March. That gives you an extended season to enjoy your holiday home, apart from the winter closed weeks.​

What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are free on every purchase. From the 2027 season, normal annual site fees apply. We’ll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.​

Is insurance included?
Yes, your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.

Are there age limits on caravans?
Brand new caravans like this Willerby Linwood have no age limit on the park. Pre‑owned models follow our park age and condition policy, which we’re happy to explain in plain English when you visit.

Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement -ask us for details if you’re interested.
