The Willerby Westmorland is an ideal choice for couples or families looking to purchase their first holiday home, offering everything you need to enjoy the holiday lifestyle from day one. The lounge features a comfortable U‑shaped fixed sofa that wraps around the living space, providing plenty of seating for relaxing or entertaining. A gas fire adds warmth during the cooler months, while built‑in storage throughout the living area helps keep things tidy and organised, and the sofa includes a pull‑out bed for occasional guests.
In the kitchen and dining area, the practical L‑shaped layout includes a gas oven, hob and extractor, along with an under‑counter fridge‑freezer. There is ample cupboard space plus a raised shelf ready for a microwave, and fixed dinette seating with two chairs makes sit‑down family meals simple and convenient.
The Westmorland offers two well‑appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom includes twin wardrobes, over‑bed storage, a bedside unit and a dressing table with stool, as well as ensuite access to the main bathroom for added privacy. The twin bedroom provides a tall wardrobe and over‑bed storage, making it a comfortable space for children, grandchildren or visiting friends.
The family bathroom is fitted with a shower enclosure, WC and wash basin, along with a vanity unit and mirror for added convenience. Myrtle Holiday Park is an attractive six‑acre park filled with established trees and flowering shrubs, set just off the A477 in the village of Broadmoor. It’s a peaceful, well‑kept owners’ park that makes a perfect base for exploring Pembrokeshire while still feeling quiet and relaxed back on park.
About the local area
From Myrtle you’re only a short drive from Saundersfoot (around 2 miles) and Tenby (around 4 miles), with their beautiful beaches, harbours, shops and cafés. In every direction you’ll find woodland walks, medieval castles, family attractions and unspoilt coastline, so it’s easy to plan new holiday adventures each time you visit.
Costs & clarity
When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 2nd January to 1st March. That gives you an extended season to enjoy your holiday home, apart from the winter closed weeks.
What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are free on every purchase. From the 2027 season, normal annual site fees apply. We’ll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.
Is insurance included?
Yes, your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.
Are there age limits on caravans?
Brand new caravans have no age limit on the park. Pre‑owned models follow our park age and condition policy, which we’re happy to explain in plain English when you visit.
Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement -ask us for details if you’re interested.
