This really is a wonderful example of a high quality pre-owned caravan.
The Winchester offers superb space throughout.
The idea of the Winchester was to offer a modern decor with a home from home feel and they have achieved just that.
With full double glazing and gas central heating, insulation in the walls floor and ceiling making it warm as toast all season long.
The kitchen includes an integrated fridge/freezer, full oven with hob extractor There is a free-standing dining table with 6 chairs.
The master bedroom is huge as you would expect with a walk-in wardrobe and your own private en-suite.
The twin bedroom has more space between the beds than even the more expensive models giving much more room to walk between them and makes getting changed much easier
In the main bathroom there is a large shower cubicle, wc & sink.
Costs & clarity
When is the park open?
Our ownership season runs from 1st November to 31st October each year, with a closed period from 2nd January to 1st March. That gives you an extended season to enjoy your holiday home, apart from the winter closed weeks.
What happens after 2026 with site fees?
Your 2026 site fees are included on every purchase. From the 2027 season onwards, normal annual site fees apply. We’ll talk you through current charges, what they cover and how reviews work before you decide.
Is insurance included?
Yes: your insurance is included for this season, pro rata to 31st October 2026. After that, you’ll arrange and pay for your own cover each year.
Are there age limits on caravans?
Pre-owned holiday homes follow our park age and condition policy, which we’re happy to explain in plain English when you visit.
Can I sublet or let my holiday home?
This park is for owner and family use. Commercial letting requires prior agreement, so please ask us for details if you’re interested.

We know buying a holiday home is a big decision.
