We have something to suit every taste and budget, from first holiday homes to luxury lodges. Deposits start from £3,000 to secure your perfect pitch and holiday home, and we’ll always set out site fees and any other costs clearly from the very start.
Choosing a holiday home
Whether you’re after an entry‑level model, a pre‑loved caravan from £17,995, or a top‑of‑the‑range lodge, we’ll help you find the right fit. If we don’t have exactly what you want in stock, we can usually source a holiday home that matches your wish list.
Arrange a visit
Before you decide, we’ll invite you to the park so you can get a feel for the atmosphere, walk the grounds and choose a pitch that feels right for you and your family.
Personal service
You’ll have one dedicated member of our sales team from start to finish, with a direct number for any questions. They’ll guide you through the figures, visits and virtual tours, and use their experience to help you buy the right holiday home at a price you’re comfortable with.
We’re delighted to introduce the newest development at Sunnyvale Holiday Park, Valley Retreat.
Coming in 2027, we’re creating something new at Sunnyvale Holiday Park.
Valley Retreat will be an exclusive new development of just 25 holiday home pitches, set within its own beautifully landscaped area of the park.
Every pitch will be south-facing, carefully positioned to make the most of the sunshine throughout the day and create a bright, open setting for owners to enjoy from their own private decking.
The development has been designed around space, landscaping and a sense of privacy. Curving roads, generous plots, planting and carefully considered surroundings will give Valley Retreat its own distinctive character, while remaining part of everything Sunnyvale has to offer.
Owners will have Saundersfoot and the Pembrokeshire coast just a short drive away, alongside the facilities, entertainment and atmosphere of Sunnyvale itself.
With only 25 pitches planned, Valley Retreat will be a small and distinctive addition to the park.
